Is There a Nodusfall Release Date?

No official Nodusfall release date has been announced. The Gamescom news post on nodusfall.hoyoverse.com (26 August 2026) covers the debut only. Gematsu, Polygon, GameSpot, Game8, and Noisy Pixel all state that platforms and a release date were not part of the reveal.

There is also no official season, year, or “in development for 20XX” line from HoYoverse. If a later interview or store page lists a window, it will belong on this page as a dated update. Until then, TBA is the accurate status.

Nodusfall Platforms: What Is Confirmed?

HoYoverse has not published a platform list on the official site, world page, or Gamescom news post. Gematsu wrote that platforms were not announced. Game8 repeated that HoYoverse has not said which platforms will receive the game. Noisy Pixel described development “for unknown platforms.”

That official silence matters more than any one database row. Nodusfall may well ship on PC, consoles, or both. None of those storefronts are confirmed here.

PC Mentions in Databases

IGN’s Nodus Fall game page, dated 26 August 2026, listed Platforms: PC and Initial Release: TBA. IGN also described the game as a cooperative action game from HoYoverse. A listing like that can be a placeholder, an inference from the trailer, or an early storefront plan. It is not a substitute for a HoYoverse “coming to PC” sentence.

Consoles and Other Platforms: Not Officially Announced

Some Gamescom write-ups speculated about PS5, or argued Nodusfall looked like a poor fit for mobile because of its realistic fantasy presentation. Push Square noted there was no word on PlayStation. Those pieces are labeled as suspicion in the sources themselves. This page does not convert them into a platform matrix.

Mobile, Windows stores, consoles, and cloud streaming all remain unannounced until HoYoverse says otherwise.

Unreal Engine 5

The production detail that is consistently reported is the engine. Gematsu wrote that Nodusfall is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. Noisy Pixel used the same engine name in its headline and body. Engine choice does not imply a platform, a graphical mode list, or a system-requirements sheet. Those have not been published.

Beta Access and Pre-Registration

The official homepage includes a Pre-Register prompt and later asks players to follow official channels to secure beta access, catch battle reports, and join other Weavers. That is an interest funnel, not a dated closed-beta or network-test announcement. Polygon explicitly noted that no anticipated beta test date was given at Gamescom.
